Storage matters as much as wear. A breathable satin dust bag, fully enclosing the WOC, shields the leather and chain from dust, humidity, and UV fade while letting the materials breathe. Plastic should be avoided — lambskin in particular requires air, and trapped moisture is the silent enemy of any luxury leather. The bag should be stored upright in a cool, dark place, never stacked beneath heavier pieces.
