Returns Process: We want you to be delighted with your Pursenalization purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact our customer support team at hi@pursenalization.com within 7 calendar days of your order delivery date to initiate the return process.

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This right applies in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item. 

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet these criteria.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or defective. We require using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received.

Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days.

Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges. 

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hi@pursenalization.com with photos and videos of the damaged item and packaging.
