Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-demand periods, processing times may extend, but we will make every effort to dispatch your order as promptly as possible.
Shipping Rates: We provide free worldwide shipping for orders above $100. For orders below that threshold, a flat shipping rate of $25 will be applied.
Shipping Methods: We partner with DHL to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your luxury bag care essentials. The estimated delivery is up to 7 business days.
Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. You can monitor the real-time status of your shipment through the carrier's online tracking system.
International Shipping: Pursenalization proudly offers international shipping to bring our luxury bag care products to customers worldwide. If your country is not listed during the checkout process, please contact hi@pursenalization.com for assistance.
Customs Duties & Taxes
Import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are set by your local customs office and are the customer’s responsibility. They’re not included in our product or shipping prices. Couriers may contact you directly to complete customs payment before delivery. If these fees remain unpaid, the shipment may be considered abandoned by customs and cannot be refunded or returned. Shipping Delays: While we strive for on-time deliveries, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or carrier delays may impact delivery times. Pursenalization is not responsible for such delays, but we will do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving any issues that may arise.
